Milton Erickson has developed a form of hypnotherapy that allows communication with the patient's unconscious. This type of hypnosis, much like a normal conversation, induces a sort of hypnotic trance halfway between sleep and wakefulness. It is a fast and indirect psychotherapy technique that circumvents the resistances of the mind and allows to work directly with the unconscious, bringing out answers and solutions from the heart.
It is possible to conduct these psychotherapies using Skype. Direct meetings are no longer necessary.
